Terms of Service

1. The Services

Solis AI is an agentic AI for content repurposing. It does more than cut clips: it analyzes your video, plans a path, removes unwanted overlays where available, and transforms source content into platform-ready shorts, clips, and remixes. Today you provide source media by pasting a video URL (for example from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and similar platforms). We plan to support uploading private media in the future. You can set preferences and style before generation, let the agent run, then refine results (text, captions, layout, and related edits) without always re-running the full generation.

We provide the agent and the platform around it. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not endorse every output created with Solis. How you use Outputs is up to you, within these Terms and applicable law.

2. Your Content and Responsibilities

You keep ownership of content you bring to Solis and of the results you create, subject to the rights of others and applicable law. To use the Services smoothly and fairly:

• You are responsible for the Inputs you submit (video URLs, private media uploads when available, text, preferences, and similar) and for how you use Outputs.
• Use content you own, have permission to use, or that you reasonably believe you may use under applicable law, including, where it applies, fair use or similar exceptions for commentary, criticism, parody, education, review, or other transformative purposes.
• We do not pre-screen every piece of user content. The community works best when everyone uses Solis thoughtfully.
• If content you submit or share infringes someone else’s rights or breaks the law, that remains your responsibility. You agree to defend and indemnify Solis AI against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your content or your misuse of the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts when we receive valid legal notices (such as DMCA notices or court orders) or when needed to protect the Services and other users. We are not obligated to police all activity on the platform.

3. Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property and expect users to do the same. If you believe material on Solis AI infringes your copyright, please send a notice that includes the information typically required under the DMCA: your signature, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the material you believe is infringing, a good-faith statement, and your contact information.

We review notices and will remove or disable access to material when appropriate. Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be restricted or terminated.

4. Accounts, Plans, and Payments

• You should be at least 13 years old to use Solis AI. If you are under the age of digital consent in your region (for example under 16 in some places), you should use the Services only with a parent or guardian’s involvement as required by local law.
• You sign in with Google or YouTube. We do not store passwords. Keep access to your Google or YouTube account secure; you are responsible for activity under your Solis account.
• Pricing and features for paid plans are described on our pricing pages.
• Subscriptions: you can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access through the end of the current paid billing period.
• Refunds: generally no refunds after a billing period starts, except where required by law or where we expressly offer a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Plan limits (such as generations, searches, or saved videos) apply according to your subscription. We may adjust limits over time; when we do, we will give reasonable notice where practical.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abuse, spam, fraud, or clear violations of these Terms, after fair consideration of the circumstances.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments.com. Dodo Payments.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Availability and Disclaimers

We work to keep Solis reliable and useful. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy of Outputs, or that the Services will meet every specific need.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solis AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or other losses arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, take additional steps as appropriate. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require another jurisdiction’s law. Courts located in Batumi, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring claims in your home courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
